Notice of Regular Meeting
to be held electronically
Pentland Township
Newberry, Michigan

The Pentland Township Board will have
its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

However, because of the Corona virus emergency and the Michigan Health Department order of January 22, 2021, the Pentland Township Board will conduct its business electronically instead of in-person.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.

There will be an opportunity during the meeting for public comment.

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72a(2)(3)) and the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services emergency order of January 22, 2021.


The Pentland Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon 14 days notice to the Pentland Township Board.
